Aakhansha Varghese

Aakhansha Varghese is a practicing Psychological Counselor (MS, Counseling Psychology) and the creator of the mental health service establishment Soul Unfold. She completed her masters of science in psychological counseling from Sampurna Montfort College, Bangalore. In therapy her approach has been eclectic however she majorly practice humanistic approach. She believes that every individual has the capability to grow and evolve when given an environment of acceptance, empathy and unconditional positive regard.
